"spinner Sulieman Benn was controversially sent off the field by his West Indies captain Chris Gayle, yesterday, for refusing to bowl as directed during South Africa’s successful run-chase
"I actually asked him to leave the field,’ Gayle admitted in the post-match press conference."
’As a captain, it was a situation like you ask a particular bowler to do it and he said he never done certain things before,’ Gayle explained.
’That why you have practice sessions to practice. I asked him to simply bowl over the wicket. I don’t see why it should be a problem.

"As a captain it is my responsibility to lead from the front. When the captain performs, the whole team gets charged up and it has an impact on the other players," said Afridi.
"Dhoni was a junior player when he became captain (in 2007) but with his performances, he established his authority on the seniors. I am not a junior, but I want to lead from the front like him," said Afridi.
"When the captain does well, it gets the players thinking that the captain is performing so we all should also take responsibility," he added.
