Why isn't sharpened technology used to make better decisions from the Umpires?

Here’s what Kumar Sangakkara said about Umpire decisions.
At high levels of umpiring, you get things right about 92 per cent of the time. But the eight per cent is also now important at the high level the game is played these days – Kumar Sangakkara.

On field umpiring in cricket is quite unique and an integral part of the game, so they are just going with the tradition and trusting on them.
I dont really mind that, but i am with the 3 referals per match for a team. That makes it interesting

Certainly technology must be used for the betterment of the game but not to appeal against the umpiring decisions already given. This will further add pressure to the umpires and hamper their decisions. If this is so, then there is no use of the field umpires,we can turn on to the third umpire for every decision including no ball…

Same conflict happened in FIFA, if technology was to replace umpires it would violated a cricket tradition, besides, the 8% is usually lbws with a several boundary errors.
FIFA on the other hand managed to fix the situation by implanting microchips into the balls, this only helps on the decision making, not take over the umpire’s job…
